History
The Origin
Team Mu Mu Psi was created in 2005, but in our first year only a few members joined. We used that season to learn about what FRC entails, and more about the FIRST organization.
The 2006-2007 season was when we really entered the arena, our true rookie year. There were many ups and downs, but we built a successful robot. We worked hard and accomplished our goal of winning Rookie All-Star, the most prestigious award a rookie team can win, at the New Jersey Regional. This allowed us to compete in the Championship in Atlanta, Georgia. This was an amazing opportunity where the team could first-handedly see how incredible FIRST is. Though we weren't placed on an alliance at the end, we still had a lot of fun and were excited for the next season. We are hoping for an even more successful season in 2008 and cannot wait to see what's to come.
In May 2007, Team 2016 competed in Monty Madness in Montgomery. After a rough start to the competition, Team 2016 was selected to one of the final eight alliances. They went on to win the tournament, another highlight to an extremely successful rookie year.
